About Us
Kentucky Bloodhound SAR was founded in 2005 and contracted with Hardin County Emergency Management. Since then we have been as small as only three members, and have now grown to having members throughout Kentucky.
Our Team
Kentucky Bloodhound SAR is made up of volunteers who give their own time, money, and energy to their communities assisting law enforcement and emergency management in locating lost and missing people. Although our name is Kentucky Bloodhound, our team is made up of multiple breeds of dogs and some very special humans.

In our 19 years of existence we have sadly lost several members, humans and dogs. This page is dedicated to them.
